The first landscape photo I took was of mushrooms that I found in the forest. I choose to take a picture of the mushrooms because they were something different. The filters I used to turn the picture into a painting were sponge and craquelure.

The second landscape I took a photo of was a flower. I took a picture of the flower because I thought it stood out with all the green around it. The filters I used to turn this picture into a painting were water paper and paint daubs.

The third landscape I took a picture of was the view from the edge of a lake. I took this picture because I thought the ripple of the water looked cool with the trees and sky in the background. The filters I used to turn the picture into a painting were rough pastels and glass.

The fourth landscape I took a picture of was some berries from a bush I found. I took this picture because I thought it was cool how the red color of the berries stood out against the green from the leaves. The filters I use to turn this picture into a painting were fresco and craquelure.

the last landscape I took a picture of was a decomposing log I saw in the woods. I took this picture because I thought that the log and ground around the log had a lot of texture and the color of the log contrasted with the color of the trees. The filters I used to turn the picture into a painting were texture and underpainting.
