One of the objects I chose to do my still life of was colored markers. I chose to do colored markers because they're all different hues but look pretty similar on the out side so you can tell that there is some difference, but not a ton. My favorite filter that I used on this still life was the water color one. This one was my favorite because I liked how it brought some detail in each of the markers.
The second object I chose to photograph for my still life was colored pencils. I chose this one because like the colored markers the pencils all have the same shape, but are different colors. My favorite filter to uses on this image was the poster edges. I liked this filter the best because I feel it made the things in the image more defined looking.
The third object I took picture of were poker chips. I chose poker chips because they were all the same size so I could line them all up and it would look symmetrical. My favorite filter to use on this image was cut out. I liked the cutout filter the most because it was only a couple of colors but it used those color to add detail and definition to the picture.
The fourth object I used in my still life were jacks. I chose this object because, like the poker chips, they were all similar in size but different colors. My favorite filter that was used on these objects was the neon glow. This filter was my favorite because you could still clearly see the shape and size of the objects, but the color scheme was all messed up.
The last object I did for my still life was dice. I chose the dice because they were all the same but in different colors, and I thought it would be cool to make patterns because they are identical other than the color. My favorite filter used on this object was the daubs. Daubs was my favorite filter because it kinda blurred the picture together, while still letting you see the shape and details of the objects.
